1. General Service Terms
1.1 Pretty and Clean LTD provides commercial cleaning and maintenance services to businesses in Peterborough and surrounding areas. We strive to deliver high-quality services by employing skilled professionals and using effective cleaning techniques.
1.2 Our services are available through various service plans, including one-time, weekly, and monthly packages. Specific details of your chosen plan will be agreed upon before service commencement.
2. Payments
2.1 Payment Schedule
Payments for services are due on or before Friday of each week to ensure timely payment to our cleaners. Payments not received by this deadline may result in a delay or suspension of services until full payment is made.
2.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, direct debit, or credit/debit card. Specific details regarding payment methods will be provided at the time of service agreement.
2.3 Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional fees to cover any administrative costs. Persistent late payments may result in the termination of our services.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Full Refunds
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled service will qualify for a full refund.
3.2 Partial Refunds
If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a partial refund will be provided to cover non-refundable expenses incurred in preparation for your service.
3.3 No Refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not qualify for any refund.
3.4 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days and returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Service Rescheduling
4.1 If you need to reschedule a service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate, rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 Limitation of Liability
While Pretty and Clean LTD aims to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except as required by UK law.
5.2 Insurance Coverage
We carry public liability insurance covering damages that may occur as a result of our services. A copy of our insurance policy can be provided upon request.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Access to Premises
The client agrees to provide our cleaners with reasonable access to the premises on the scheduled service date. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
6.2 Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for informing us of any hazardous conditions or areas within the premises.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Pretty and Clean LTD reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of these updates.
